mindfulness

yoga every day. exercise every day. vitamins every day. love every day.


i am working towards bettering my health and body and mind.


one week in, it is a HUGE success.

i find myself less self conscious and more accepting, more confident, more intuitive, more open to change.
less judgement, and more understanding. (not only to myself but successfully to others as well).

i feel kindness blossoming from my heart.
